Nearly every day
And for hours,
The architectural designer that is Andrew,
Sketches, measures, adjusts, envisions,
Be it the floor plan, the elevation, the curved roof,
Or the infinite details awaiting to be disclosed.
He is preparing for the offering of a Lifetime.
At his mere age of seventy years upon planet Earth,
The most vast of architectural possibilities awaits him
On the land in Palmira, Boquete, Panamá.

Thus far, three smallish BnB designs
And two mid-size houses have been defined.

The sequence:

• A paved one-way road through the property, utilizing existing dirt roads, as possible
• Run utilities
• Construct the first BnB in which we reside for our first time living on the tierra, calling that BnB home for some duration
• Construct the next two BnB’s, utilizing that income flow to assist with future expansion
• Build the first house in which we will reside until sold, securing income from what will then be a total of three BnB’s
• Continue building casas, one Faith-filled step, one step at a time, selling to those Community-hearted/minded who are in alignment with the vision
• As savings and flow supports, construct the Community gathering center, recently renamed to Shambala🕊
