4th Density…
May be described as the density of Love & understanding, focusing on deep heart awakening, compassion, and a genuine orientation toward service to others. It represents a phase of consciousness development where the sense of separation diminishes, and beings are experienced as extensions of a shared field of life.

Oneness…
Oneness refers to the quality or state of being one, indicating unity, integrity, wholeness. (“Oneness” does not appear to have a direct translation in Spanish, and here we are creating The Oneness Community in a country whose prevalent language is Spanish!)

Oneness Practices…
Andrew & Jeannette have built the foundation of their understanding of Oneness based upon practices such as:
Seeing the “highest version” in one another
Feeling the Love that abounds in everything and everywhere (pantheism)
Taking responsibility for that which shows up in one’s experience
Willingness to be the change one wishes to see in this world (what one does affects the entirety, the whole)

Unity…
The concept of Unity emphasizes a sense of togetherness or being joined as a single entity.

Integrity…
It signifies wholeness, where all parts are connected and function as one. Also, the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Doing what one says, and saying what one does.

Responsibility & Reflection…
What is thought, said, and acted with another, is thought, said and enacted right back to the self.

Keys🗝️ for our Harmonious Community are:

• Integrity: Beginning with thoughts, utilizing words and taking action that is wholly integrous or ethical.
• Taking responsibility for what shows up in Life.
• Utilizing NVC (Non-Violent Communication) for all interactions. Clear, concise, caring communication based in Loving Kindness is the basis for all dialogue.
• Resolution of “issues: Willingness to resolve “issues” and for the highest good of all.
• Harmonious Collaboration be it amidst humans, plants & animals, Earth, and beyond.
• Oneness: Recognize that what is thought, said, and acted with another, is thought, said, and enacted right back to the self.
• Do no harm (Ahimsa): Actions avoid causing injury, suffering, or negative consequences for others—physically, mentally, or materially.
• Respect for all: Earth & minerals, plants & animals, humans, Nature, and beyond.
• Consent: If unsure, ask. Do what you say, and say what you do.
• Honoring each other’s Privacy / seclusion / Peace🕊️at home.
• Name; not blame.
• Restoration: When/if issues arise, the goal is learning + restoration (not blame), with an outcome of harmonious resolution.
• Ethics: The quality of having strong moral principles.
• Diversity: In Community participant’s ages, means, abilities, ethnicities, land uses. Diversity is Nature’s strength.
• Alignment: Alignment in relationships refers to a measure by which people are similar or in agreement across various dimensions, such as emotional, intellectual, and value. Alignment is crucial for the health and longevity of relationship, and thereby Community.
• Resonance: Resonance in Community refers to the way people in the group emotionally, socially, culturally “match up”so that what one person expresses is heard, felt and responded to by others, creating a shared rhythm, mutual recognition and momentum.

Key characteristics of Resonance & Alignment in Community:

• Mutual responsiveness: People react in ways that make others feel seen and included.
• Shared meaning: Values, stories, norms connect members so communication is received with compassion and understanding.
• Co-regulation: Tension or stress in one person or group is met with supportive responses that assist the Community to stabilize.
• Generative energy: Participation creates more participation — Trust and involvement grow because the Community feels vibrantly creative.
• Synergy: The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. The gifts brought forth through the Community are beyond what could have been created individually.
• Authentic voice + belonging: Individuals feel comfortable to be themselves while connecting to something larger than themselves.
