There are two organically tended farm-stands at the Tuesday Boquete Farmers Mercado. We visit one of these, Tomás’ finca (farm), attended by our café farm, La Gracia’s, general manager, Arturo, assisting us with translation. The farm is located in Los Naranjos, on the opposite side of Boquete town from our land.
