God gave us the ability to take stewardship of
Grace, The Tierra,
The creativity to design and construct
Private home spaces within Nature
Beginning with a couple of casitas for rental,
And one casa to sell
(Affording us the ability to design and construct the next casa),
Leap frogging our way to manifesting
A 4th Density Community.

Little did we know when we agreed to steward Grace,
That she was stock full of coffee trees,
Albeit minimally tended the last 5 or more years.

Our intention has been to live amidst Harmonious Community.
It never donned on us that it would be amidst a coffee finca (farm)!

What were we to do with all this land (fifty acres)
That was filled with thriving coffee trees
That we knew next-to-nothing about tending,
Let alone processing, marketing, and selling?

Our whole desire has been to live amidst a thriving
Community of like-hearted ones,
Ones who have the eyes to see and the ears to hear
That this planet is undergoing a humungous
Revolution from the outdated ways of the patriarchy,
An Evolution of humanity from
Service-to-self
To
Service-to-others.

The time it takes for this transition is wholly up to us.
Are we willing to be the change we wish to see in this world?
As we commit to a new ontology, one of
Love,
Understanding,
Compassion,
Recognition of Oneness,
Service-to-others,
We bring about this change.
THAT is exactly what The One⊚ness Community’s purpose is all about!

Revealed to us is a man,
One who is a coffee aficionado,
A Lover of all things café,
A seasoned coffee shoppe owner,
And in addition to this resume,
He is pono (integrous),
Does what he says and says what he does,
Fluent in both English and Español,
A “get ‘er done” kinda guy,
Presenting the efficiency and tenacity of Capricorn♑️ energy,
One who is dedicated to being in righteous service
Having a potent relationship with God.

We didn’t know we would be lookin’ for a
Coffee farm manager,
Yet The Universe aligned us
Beyond our dreamings
With Arturo,
And as time has come to pass,
With the inclusion of his entire family.

There are over 101 ways
That Arturo has been in service to us, be it:
✫He and his wife chauffeuring us through
Congested Panama City for one week
Previewing construction and architectural supplies;
✫Assisting us in all ways with the purchase and maintenance of Lucy,
Our 2026 Suzuki Jimny;
✫Thankfully selling our overpriced purchase of a Suzuki;
✫Introducing us to pono and capable business relations;
✫Interpreting over and again;
✫Utilizing and sharing his insights with a keen sense of character;
✫Aiding us with the overabundance
Of Panamanian bureaucracy time and again;
With so much more not mentioned here.

Arturo’s eldest son, Adriel,
Also speaking fluent English and Spanish,
Is now in service to La Gracia Café
(The name of the coffee produced
From Grace’s coffee tree forests)
under his father’s guidance,
Taking a most active role in managing.
Adriel’s dedication to service,
His learnings of all-things-coffee
Via his father’s tutelage since a young lad,
And, open-mindedness accompanying expedient follow-through,
Are pure Joy to experience in our collaboration.

Daliany, Arturo’s wife,
Is turning into a garden faerie🧚
As Andrew, Daliany and I learn to tend Grace’s Garden
Given the implications of the geographical move from Maui,
Including changes in climate, soil, insects, organic amendment, and more.
Some day soon Daliany may be offering Grace’s veggies
And value-added Goodness
Including café cherry by-products
At Boquete’s Tuesday Farmers Mercado.

Contrarily,
We have been experiencing
A rather significant amount of
Lack-of-integrity in dealings with others
From fencing being erroneously placed upon Grace’s soils
With a neighbor thinking that the land was his,
Paying twice the value for our first vehicle purchase,
To experiencing lack of banking integrity in 3 distinct cases.
We are learning a deeper level of discernment.
We are seeing cultural differences.

With the contrast,
We all the more feel Gratitude for the alignment
With Arturo and his family,
Folks devoted to honorable service.

Together,
Our two families,
In addition to the 25 indigenous people residing upon Grace,
Are actively experiencing the power of
Aligned visioning & mutual Desire of:
⋆Tierra filled with an abundance of organically tended coffee trees;
⋆A like-hearted Community harmoniously co-creating;
⋆Grace’s Thriving vegetable garden
Aiding us in our health;
⋆A Cultural Center offering
Heart-centered events🫶
&
All-things-coffee☕️

How is it that within a few short months of our arrival
In Panamá on Summer Solstice 2025,
We align so acutely with Arturo
And his Beautiful family?
This is beyond the ordinary,
If there is such a thing as ordinary.
What awes me ever more
Is that this unfolding manifestation upon Grace flourishes
Because our two families have come together
Offering what the other is unable.

And with this, synergy unfolds:
The whole being greater than the sum of its parts,
As we each bring and extend gifts that
Only our unique Way of Being can offer.
With the coherent energy produced
And extended from this act of
Harmonious Collaboration
